FAQ
How can I order a pet portrait?
I create each piece by commission through a waitlist so I can give your pet the attention they deserve. Click here to find out more or save your spot!
What’s the best photo to send for my pet portrait?
The best photos are clear, well-lit images that show your pet’s face, markings, and personality. Multiple photos from different angles can also be really helpful! For a full guide on choosing the perfect reference photos, check out our Photo Guidelines.
Why does it take a while to complete custom embroideries?
Fair question! Each piece is lovingly stitched by hand, often taking 50–70+ hours to bring to life. Between stitches, I’m sketching ideas, swapping stories with clients, and weaving my way through other orders.
Because of the care and detail poured into every portrait, the usual turnaround for full-color or fine-line noir projects is around 2–6 months. Contact me for a personal estimate! Outline pieces, whisker bouquets, and photo decoration hoops are completed much faster.
If you need your piece by a specific date, please message me – I’m always happy to help if I can.
Do you accept payment plans?
Absolutely! I’m happy to offer a payment plan. Since embroideries take time to complete, it can work perfectly to your advantage.
Do you only stitch cats and dogs?
Nope! I celebrate all animals! If you love any living creature and have a good reference photo, I can bring them to life in a custom embroidery.
Do you ship internationally?
Definitely! Your portrait can travel anywhere in the world, and shipping is already included in the cost.
How much do they cost?
Portrait prices are based on size and style. Visit my Pricing List for a full breakdown
When will you be able to take my order?
I run a casual waitlist, so there isn’t a strict ‘place in line.’ I can only work on a handful of portraits at a time, and there are lots of wonderful submissions, so the wait can be a little long.
But don’t worry! If you love your pet and have a good photo, your portrait will be worth the wait.
