Order Drafts

Before I begin your custom order, you’ll receive a sketch of your pet portrait or personalized embroidery. This sketch is just for you and isn’t meant to be copied, shared, or used for other projects.

Finished Work

I reserve the right to share photos of the finished embroidery and use them for promotion, including social media, ads, or features in publications. The copyright for the completed piece remains with me.

Order Cancellations

If a custom item is ordered and I receive no input or reply from the buyer, I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order after 1 month. If an item is finished and the buyer has not responded or given the approval to ship, the item will be held until a reply from the buyer is received.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom work or pet portraits. If you are on a payment plan then payments are non-refundable and your commission will only be started after your portrait is paid in full.

Reference photos

I’m unable to use copyrighted images without proper permission. Your reference photos may also be shared in ‘reference vs. embroidery’ posts on my social media or similar showcases. If you didn’t take the reference photo yourself, please be sure you have permission for me to use it when creating your piece.

Lost Packages

All packages are sent with tracking, If an item does not reach you I will work with you to locate it. If a package is stolen, please file a mail theft report with your police. If in the end the package is not located, you will have the option to get a refund for your order or have a new item made and shipped out.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees in their country. I’m not responsible for shipping delays that happen at customs.
